note 40977 added to ref.soap

The SOAP extension is good to use with php5 but still it is better with php4. the main aim of writing this note is to make user to know that it is good to create your own web services then to use other's people web services. this takes time and much of defining and planning but still at later stages this is the best. jigaruu.... ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.soap.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+40977 Delete -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+40977&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+40977&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
