Why the program as follow, it can be run under cmd line like php progra.php, but it can not be used
in IE. If romove the lines:
sybase_min_server_severity(11);
$connection = sybase_connect("rbs_dev","rbsdbo","rbsdbo") or
die("Couldn't make connection.");
Then it works in IE.
