note 41408 added to function.date

Hi, I used this function to fix the problem that I hade with the time.windows.com server and Windows XP date/time sync. The inbuilt date/time synchronisation system in Windows XP failed, so I created a fix. I used the following code: <?php echo date("j n Y H i s"); ?> I put this in a PHP file on a server which had it's time and date synchronised with GMT via a radio reciever.
