If you're using Aprellium Technologies Abyss Web Server for Windows, the only way I've
found to run PHP is to set it up like you do Perl in the CGI configuration, then you have to run all
your *.php files in your cgi-bin directory. I haven't found any other way for the server to run
PHP files from any other directory.
