note 41486 added to function.array-fill

Here is my problem with example. $ar = array(2,4,6,8); I donot want the above one(which is hardcoded value for array), so my problem is to assign different value to the above array as in C/C++ done below: for(i=0; i<4;i++) ar[i]=2*(i+1); How will we assign value to the above array in PHP.
