note 41542 added to ref.mcrypt

I'll vouch for Jonathan's note below. I'm using IIS and win2k. I downloaded the dll from the link at the top of the page and experienced problems when trying to decrypt. The binaries at http://ftp.proventum.net/pub/php/win32/misc/mcrypt/ (libmcrypt.dll 12/30/2002 254K) work for IIS. This zip also has you replace php_mcrypt.dll which it contains.
