I can't get for some emails the Message-ID, with this function or imap_fetchheader. For some
mails from the same source I can get an ID, for others I can't. I'm using PHPMailer 1.71,
Exchange Server 2000 (SP3), PHP 4.3.5, and apache 1.3.29
