As I first tried to use the printer exentsion in my minixampp, I uncommented the line
"extension=php_printer.dll" in the C:\minixampp\php dir. Unfortunately, this does not
enable the exension. I had to enable the line in the php.ini that resides in the dir
"C:\minixampp\apache\bin" to get it to work.
Maybe, this will help someone looking for problems using the printer extension and using this within
winAmpp or minixampp.
