In order to use the https: protocol with the cURL extension and the
WIN32 version of PHP4, I had to upgrade to PHP4.1.1 before I could get anything to fly. Seems there
is some bug with cURL and PHP4.0.6. Just a warning if you are setting it up with PHP4.0.6 on Win32
platform.
