There code snippes are very useful, but how do I get them out with a foreign language other then
english. Example: I have made all my IPTC captioning in german language with foreign characters. If
I read them out with one of these functions, I lost all foreign characters. I don't know why,
but may be someone has a solutions for this if possible.
