RAGE!!
Spent most of my day wonder why the Oracle OCI calls keep coming back as "unknown
functions"
The entire listing of this TOC is out to lunch; the functions in 4.3.x are better listed at
PHPBuilder http://www.phpbuilder.com/manual/function.ocilogon.php
There is a HUGE difference betwenn OCILogon and oci_connect (that doesn't work at all on Win32/
IIS/ Oracle)
damn you for wasting my time again PHP.net, damn you
