note 42251 rejected from install.iis by betz

Note Submitter: jasie24 ---- I have Windows XP,and as i read above,to work php with IIs,i did go in IIS ,right click on web sites,and choose HOME DIRECTORY,the extension map(tab) Add c:\php\php.exe at first textbox .php after both check boxes bellow checked,and apply. and if i run http://localhost/test.php(a simple php file) it gives me this error message: "The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:" What is the problem??? thanks
