hi.. i cant seem to understand the codes of banning an ip address very well... i want to block
someone that keeps bugging and tagging to my site.. http://www.tabulas.com/~ms_piggy <-- that's my
site... i got the annoying girl's IP address and its 4.8.143.112
i only know html codes... i cant understnd the others.. can u pls help me out... thanks..!!:) pls
