Just an heads up to you out there who has problems with sockets, the EXPERIMENTAL-sign should be
taken serious :)
I've been trying to get php to work well together with an windows application and it worked
fine until it came to reading and writing binary-safe values, recv and send began acting really
weird, returning 0 when data was available etc... so i moved the socket-server-part over to Python
and it worked fine.
