In response to the contribution from motion at abv dot bg (16 Apr 2004): thank you, this works great
for forcing a 'save' prompt for all downloads.
Note however that I needed to add a readfile() command after the header() commands to make this
script work, eg readfile($output_file). When I included the script without the readfile() command, I
got 'could not open the file' errors when I tried to open downloaded files.
