The xslt_ functions no longer work in PHP/5.0; the XSLT extension has been removed. To apply an XSL
transformation to an XML document, you must use DomDocument (from DOM) and XsltProcessor (from XSL):

$xml = new DomDocument();
$xml->load('foo.xml');
$xsl = new DomDocument;
$xsl->load('foo.xsl');
$proc = new xsltprocessor();
$proc->importStyleSheet($xsl);
echo($proc->transformToXML($xml));
