Note that the XSLT_SABOPT_DISABLE_ADDING_META - if not true will automatically add:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
to your output if the processor detects that you are trying to generate HTML. Bug or not, this line
is unfortunately not valid XML, so you may prefer to disable this, and add a valid meta line to your
output by hand.
