I am trying to modify a php time/date stamp that is in US time to New Zealand time zone knowing
virtually nothing about php.
I was told I can add the time difference in seconds to the following code which would be 68400 but I
can't get it to work.
<?php print(date("F d, Y h:i A",strtotime($rsReplies[$y]["tStamp"]))); ?>
Does anyone want to help out a dummy?
