ok ok.. please explain to me this easy thing...

setcookie("zdi",123,time()+120);
I create a cookie, right, but I check the cookie properties, and I found that the creation time is
MI COMPUTER time, and end time is SERVER time, so, I am trying to create a cookie with 2 minutes of
life.. and I get a cookie with some hours of life..
Its a XP bug? server bug? or simply a server misconfiguration?
