I solved the problem that $header->to or $header->from.
----try this code....
$header = imap_header($mbox, $num);
$from = $header->from[0];
$to = $header->to[0];
while (list($key, $val) = each($from))
echo "$key => $val <br>";
while (list($key, $val) = each($to))
echo "$key => $val <br>";

i tried $from=$header->from[0] insted of $from=$header->from.
