i have a example file blehbleh.fo
d:\usr\FOP\blehbleh.fo
if in cmd line
cd d:\usr\FOP\
fop blehbleh.fo outline_blehbleh.pdf
how to create a exec?

fop is a java program
i know about pdf library in PHP... but..:)
