is there a way to make it so that if it doesn't equal one of two things then it will display
sumthing, so basicly were it says MSIE there can be two things like if we were dealing with
$_SERVER["REMOTE_ADDR"] could we have it
if (strpos($_SERVER["REMOTE_ADDR"], '2 ip's here, or a .txt file full of ips to
