note 43018 added to function.include

I have been trying to figure this code out for a while now. I have givin up trying all the possible little codes that could hellp me! I need the php code so that the php file comes up. and different files appear inside that first PHP file. here is an example, http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_input http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_inputpassword they both go to this page, http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp but look different internally.
