For months I have been successfully running code which uses strtotime() to convert a time/date
string in the format:-
"06:00 5 January 2004"
For some reason this has failed today, returning -1, although I find the following formats still
work:-
"06:00"
"5 January 2004"
"06:00 GMT 5 January 2004"
"5 January 2004 06:00"
Moral: If the string contains both time and date, ensure the date comes first.
Anyone got a reason for why this function should start misbehaving today, 26 May 2004?
