Is there a posibility to build php module statically with apache2? The problem is, that I can't
create dinamically linked php module, since I include c-client library with is static(i want support
for imap). There is no explanation in apache2 documentation how to do that, and there is no apache
1.x configure tag --activate-module in apache2.
