jho8344, two things: 1) No such dll exists, nor to my knowledge ever has, because 2) PHP has built-in support for COM, thus you don't need it. If you're using PHP on Windows, install VeriSign's Payflow Pro COM object per their normal directions, and then use that COM object directly via PHP. I don't run PHP on Windows, so I can't really test it for you.
