note 43065 added to faq.installation

I installed PHP 4.3 on my PWS 4.0 on a Windows 98 SE system. I downloaded both zip and exe files from the download page. I ran the php-4.3.7-installer.exe and installed php sucessfully. Then I started PWS and loaded a php file. It said "Error: 400 bad request". But when I use my php editor software to debug my php page using the php.exe a error free page is outputted. Please help me.
