It all seems so obvious now, but in case you're stuck on how to get the entire ODBC query into
one array, instead of just one line, this will do the trick:

while(odbc_num_rows($myodbcexec)){
$myarray[] = odbc_fetch_array($myodbcexec);
}
?>
