It seems that PHP 4.3.3 API does'nt know much about pdf_open_memory_image() when used with
pdflib 4.0.3p5 (call to undefined function).
On the same servers, pdflib is being widely used for other purposes, thus there is no problem
regarding its integration into php.
Maybe this function has been removed from PHP or did we make any error compiling it?
