note 43297 added to function.printer-set-option

It lloks like there are still problems with php_printer functions. $handle = printer_open(); printer_set_option($handle, PRINTER_SCALE, 75); printer_set_option($handle, PRINTER_PAPER_FORMAT, PRINTER_FORMAT_CUSTOM); printer_set_option($handle, PRINTER_PAPER_LENGTH, 145); printer_set_option($handle, PRINTER_PAPER_WIDTH, 210); printer_start_doc($handle, "My Document"); printer_start_page($handle); Neither it does scale NOR it uses custom format. Especially if you use form feed (continious form), you seems to be in trouble. Sometimes printer print outs untill A4 page ends sometimes it goes on untill form ends.
