I am using php to create dynamic pdf files. How can i get the output of a variable to wrap using
the same method/style as wordwrap() in a pdf file?

$cdesc = "a really long string"
$fdesc = wordwrap( $cdesc, 80 );
pdf_show_xy($pdf, $fdesc, 120, 600);
?>
But it still outputs the string on a single line that runs clear off the page.
