I have found that Internet Explorer prefers to use its cached copy of the page no matter what
headers are sent to it. So, I devised this little bit of code:
<?php
if ( !isset($_REQUEST['tstamp']) && preg_match('/MSIE/i',
$_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT']) ) {
foreach ( $_REQUEST as $key => $value ) {
$url .= $key.'='.$value.'&';
}
header('Location: index.php?'.$url.'tstamp='.time());
}
?>
