note 43512 added to function.setcookie

I noticed that with Firefox (.9), setting a cookie worked with: setcookie("shoppingcart", $cookiearray, time() + 3600, "/", ".domain.com"); but with IE6 (WinXP, SP1) I had to do the setcookie as such: setcookie("shoppingcart", "$cookiearray", time() + 3600); This also worked in Firefox. The path and the domain would cause IE to not accept the cookie.
