Hi, if You want to use case insensitive replacement with support eastern languages e.g. czech
special chars try this:
<?php
$text = eregi_replace ( (sql_regcase($searched_text)), "<span class=\"Marked_1\"
>\\0</span>", $text );
?>
without sql_regcase it did not found some special eastern chars
