Note that if you use a proper charset definition in your HTTP headers, or in a meta tag, converting
accented characters (or any other non-ascii characters) to entities is unnecessary. If you use a
charset other than ISO-8859-1 (such as UTF-8), then htmlentities will even mess up your content.
Instead, just use htmlspecialchars and leave accented letters there.
