note 13430 deleted from pear.standards by nlopess

Classname DB_Msyql so the filename should have the name DB_Mysql.class.php This would be easier to find the source of the documented Class and easier for phpdoc to find the fild to be documented. Another benefit is, that its obvious that its a php-class file and not other code
