note 43708 added to ref.image

What a pain! finally got GD/PHP working 100%. I was not getting jpeg support. What I ended up doing was installing the jpeg-v6b library with the --enable-shared on the ./configure prompt. Then over to php folder and did a configure as follows: ./configure --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --enable-exif --with-gd --with-jpeg --with-jpeg-dir=/usr/local/lib --with-tiff-dir=/usr/lib --with-png-dir=/usr/lib --with-pgsql=/usr/local/pgsql --enable-track-vars --with-xml --with-zlib-dir=/usr/local/lib then make clean then make then make install restart my Apache service.
