note 43773 added to install.netscape-enterprise

If you are using a virtual server, you will need to add the "Service method" line to the "servername-obj.conf" file where "servername" is the name of the virtual server. I had only modified the "obj.conf" file and the server was reporting that it had no way to process the PHP request.
