To all of you who keep saying that using the '[]' notation to indicate an array is
invalid: You haven't read the specification very carefully. The 'name' attribute of
the 'input' element is of type 'CDATA' not 'NAME'. Have a look at the
DTD at http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/sgml/dtd.html
