If the definition of your error handler function is not quite kosher, you could end up having all
errors completely swallowed.
ONE example would be to try to do:
function error_handler($no, $msg, $file, $line, &$context)
I was hoping to have the array of all variables passed by reference.
Alas, all that did was send all errors into the void.
The function itself worked fine in a unit test.
