A correction to my previous note - the old file in the windows /system32/ directory that was causing
problems was php4ts.dll, not php_gd2.dll. In other words, if there was a previous installation of
php on the machine you are using and suddenly you can't load a dll in the extension directory
that worked with a previous version of php, make sure you don't have an old version of
php4ts.dll in your windows system32 directory (or anywhere else you may have put it).
