Note Submitter: Lucifer@linuxwaves.com ---- Ok,im going to try and explain this without sounding like a total idiot so bare with me,I am working on a project where I am setting up an html download page for people to come and download software within my network using UNC's, I want to do this with PHP, one of the main concerns is people getting the url's for the servers themselves,so as a security tactic I want to abstract the url from the users view,Ive been looking a little at PHP and I have seen the fopen() function and I think this is what I need to be able to do this, but I dont know enough about PHP to be able to inplement this,How do I get this to work? are there any sample sites I can go to that will explain how I use fopen() to let my users download a file? I dont want there to be any URL's or UNC's in the source for my page, How can I accomplish this? email me please if you can help
