My point is that the threading concerns are related to Apache and the libraries, not PHP. The
thread-safe concerns of the server will still exist even if PHP is not used at all, so the cryptic
warning (still) at the top of this page is inappropiate and misleading. That is, unless there is a
concern that PHP itself may not be thread-safe.
