hi,
the site says php supports UTF-16 encoding. However when i actually tried to do that , it failed. So
if there is ne one who has ne info regarding this please mail me. I want to no whether PHP suppports
UTF -16 or no. If yes then how to configure it to do so.
guys need help urgently. so kindly respond fast.
