I was actually looking up the exact method to do a refresh button without resorting to javascript.
Well, it all rolled up into
something far more complicated with headers and cacheing, and various browser incompatibilities.
It was too complicated. I feel stupid for writiting this but if you want to manually refresh you
browser from a button or a link using php: Do two redirects.
In A.php write...
<A Href=\"redirect.php\">Refresh</A>
In B.php write...
<?php
header("location:http://localhost//A.php")
exit();
?>
It works, but it's dang ugly.
