I had some problem with the IE-caching. When I chosed "open" in the download dialog I just
recivied the error message "unable to find file /temporary internet files/....... I tried all
the headers above, but nothing worked. Finally I removed the "attachment"-word from the
Content-disposition header and solved the problem. I don't know why it suddently worked out,
but it sure did =)
