Note Submitter: csjpeter@freemail.hu ---- I just have installed apache2 php5 with mysql connection under windowsXP. I've installed php5 as module for apache manualy. My problem was only to make mysql working with php5. Since php5 do not contain mysql support by default I had to make it by the way like a regular extension. When I tried to start apache even everything was set 'properly', I got this message : "PHP Startup: Unable to load library 'C:/Develop/php/ext/php_mysql.dll' - The given module cannot find." Your message probably will be only similar because mine one originaly was in hungarian. Anyway the path was correct. The really problem was that apache couldn't find the libmysql.dll file. After I figured this out I had tried to copy to several place that file. The nexts worked for me : Apache/ - apache's root Apache/bin/ - apache's binary directory Windows/system32/ - I do not really like this alternative I hope this can help someone in the future.
