Note Submitter: TRUSTpunk ---- I just wanted to say that , using the code specified cannot handle all file names that are valid , if you was to upload a file named , image's.gif , the file won't upload due to the fact that you did not use the stripslashes() function , if you was to add this at the top of your PHP code Assuming Register Globals = On $file_name = stripslashes ($file_name); ----------------------------------------------------------- This will allow you to upload file names like image's.gif without PHP adding the \ to escape the ' character.
