Also, copy libmySQL.dll into the appropriate %SYSTEMROOT% directory, just like you do with every other bundled DLL from the dll directory. Thats what the FAQ says in number 4. It makes it seem like libmySQL.dll is in the DLL folder. There is no DLL folder in PHP5, the file is just right inside the zip file.
