If your headers are not in a western language in order
for the headers to be interperted correctly, send the header
in the following way:
"Header: =?chasrset?B?".base64_encode(non_western_string)."?=".western_string
for example, lets say you want to send the following header
"Subject: hebrew_string western_string"
you should instead send
"Subject: =?ISO-8859-8?B?base64encoded_hebrew_string?=western_string"
You can combine different charsets in the header
by adding another =?charset?B?base64string?=
